Yes, all items are handmade.  I do not mass produce. 

What is the turnaround time for completion of my order? top

Generally, orders are completed within 10 days of the order being placed; however, if you would like to request RUSH service, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your request.

How often do you update your designs? top

Frequently, and whenever possible.  I try to create new designs weekly so there is always something new to see!

How are orders shipped? top

Orders are shipped using USPS regular first class mail.  If you'd like to request faster mail service, please email me.  I can also ship via priority and express mail.

What if I have an idea for something I'd like you to create? top

Bring it on!  Give me your ideas an we'll put our heads together to see what we can do :)
