Just love how this came out...reminds me of romance and warm breezey filled days strolling on the beach, or an afternoon outing downtown, etc...I could go on and on!  A simply pretty combination of white and oatmeal cotton and linen blend, topped lace, silk flowers, bows...sweet details.

The top is elasticized in the back for a comfy fit and has button back strap closures.  Capris have an easy elastic waist.
